Let us be your R&D team
We'll work with you to set up a research project to deliver the results you need, when you need them.
We’ll keep it on track and focused using agile project management and close cooperation with you.
We know research
Our R&D track record covers everything from aerodynamics to wakes, and avalanches to wave modelling. We’ve done short projects conceived and set up in a few weeks that delivered results in a month, and larger projects that have taken years to initiate and bring to fruition.
We’re not just desk jockeys. The enviConnect team has experience in electronics, electrical, and mechatronics as well. Check out our experience.
Introducing rapid R&D
We know that a research and development project can deliver you relevant, actionable results quickly if it’s got a clear scope and good management.
So, we like to run our projects in two stages:
- A scoping exercise. This is a short project to figure out what you want, what success looks like, and how we can work together to make it happen. You pay for this so that you get a real concept, not something that we throw together between our other tasks.
- The main project. We use agile principles to keep projects moving forwards. We build in stage gates and decision points so that we can review progress and adjust goals. So we’ll work with you to follow the path that gives you the solutions you need.
This means that you get the results you need quickly. That’s rapid R&D.
Our network
Sometimes you might need something that’s a bit outside of our skill set. That’s not a problem; we’re very well connected across the wind energy industry and R&D communities. We’ll put together the team you need to give you the best solution.
